Digital Photography has created an opportunity for more people to capture their life in images easier and cheaper than with film cameras. Digital cameras do a lot of the work for you but the more you know about photography and how to use your camera the happier you will be with your images. There is so much information out there about photography that it can be very overwhelming. I am here to help you with that by sharing my experiences, simple photography tips and helpful resources. You don’t have to know everything about photography sometimes just a simple tip can dramatically improve the quality of your photos.
Hi my name is Bridget,I am the mother of 4 children and grandmother of 5. I have enjoyed taking photographs since I was a teenager, back then I used a 110 film camera or a polaroid. I have used many different camera’s since my first one,all different brands and styles. Then in 2002 I received my first digital camera and fell in love. I could take photos to my hearts content and not have to worry about the cost of developing. My skills in photography improved with all the practice I was able to get,now I could take photos constantly and if they weren’t good enough to develop they just went to the trash bin. I have now moved onto a digital SLR and I continue to work on my photography skills as much as possible. I am continually learning more about photography by reading and taking courses online and off. I take photos as much as I can. My number one love is taking photos of the grandkids, but I enjoy nature and I love to travel. Over the years I have taken more photos than I can count.
Photography can be a very enjoyable hobby and with just a bit of time and practice you can take images you are proud of. Join me and together we can learn how to take better photos.
